  • Please book your car by telephone/fax/webform in advance
  • Minimum Renter's age 25 years (upon agreement from 21 years at extra charge USD 12 per day)
  • Driving experience minimum 2 years
  • Any payment form (credit cards, bank transfer, cash)
  • Advance payment for the total rental period, with pay-back for unused days
  • Extra driver USD 7 per day, but not more then USD 44 for the total rental period
  • Collection and return in the city during office hours USD 40 
  • Cillection and return in the airport during office hours USD 60
  • Collection and return in the city during non-office hours USD 48
  • Colection and return in the airport during non-office hours USD 72
  • No restrictions for driving within Russia except for the Caucasus region
  • Driving outside Russia upon agreement with "Penguin Car Rental"
  • Mileage: 200 km per day included in the rate, extra km at "Penguin Car Rental" rates
  • Unlimited mileage surcharge 25% to the rate
  • Deposit from USD 500 depending on the car
  • Collision and damage liability in case:
    • 1. Renter is found guilty of the accident
    • 2. Respondent who caused the damage is missing, incl. theft
